Evans Akanyijuka
Evans Akanyijuka , also known as Akan is a digital collage artist from Uganda whose passion has a great focus on using photo manipulation to portray various aspects of his life. This includes his own emotions, observations, and the knowledge from the environment he has been raised in. He found he could say things with creativity and through manipulating photos that he had no words for. Akan uses collage art to portray some of the pressing issues in our environment that affect the social livelihood of people. Digital art gave him a platform to paint the world with his thoughts and perceptions with the hope that it will inspire someone out there.
